Personal data processing policy
Version 2026-10-21.2
Website operator
The operator of the ZELTOR website and the seller of the goods are identified in Seller details. That section is accessible without registration using the link below.
Personal data enquiries and withdrawals of consent may also be sent to info@zeltor.ru.
First-party visit statistics
After you explicitly consent to Analytics, the website collects its own statistics for public pages: visits and page views, the page path without query parameters or fragments, active time in a visible tab, and scroll depth. Form values, passwords, order contents, IP addresses and browser details are not recorded in these statistics. Account, administration, sign-in, password recovery and checkout pages are excluded.
If a visitor is signed in, page views collected with consent are linked to their profile. An authorised administrator can see the profile name and email, public pages visited, active time and scroll depth. Anonymous views before sign-in are not retrospectively linked to the profile. These data are not sent to external advertising systems.
The zeltor.analytics-visit.v1 localStorage key contains only a random identifier and visit expiry times. A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity and never lasts more than 4 hours. Server statistics are kept for up to 90 days and then removed by a separate daily cleanup. Withdrawing consent through Cookie settings stops further collection and deletes the identifier from the device; you can contact the operator about data already stored.
Scope
This policy describes the processing of data relating to ZELTOR website visitors, people making enquiries, account users and representatives of purchasing companies. It is accessible without registration, including through links next to forms.
The website serves organisations and individual entrepreneurs. Individuals’ contact details and individual entrepreneur details are treated as personal data where applicable.
Purposes, data and legal bases
Replying to an enquiry: name, supplied contact details and enquiry content, based on separate consent.
Account and access: name, email, telephone number, protected authentication data and activity history, to maintain the account under the terms confirmed by the user and separate consent where applicable.
Orders: order contents, buyer details, contact details and delivery address, to prepare and perform a contract, meet the seller’s legal obligations and rely on separate consent when required.
Store security and operation: session identifier, time and technical request information, to protect the account, cart and website. These data are not used for advertising profiling.
Processing methods and access
Data are processed through the website and while handling enquiries and orders. Access is restricted to the operator’s authorised personnel; company documents and invoices are not publicly accessible.
The operator does not publish personal data to an unrestricted audience. Data may be supplied to a delivery contractor or another organisation only to the extent necessary and on a lawful basis. For processing entrusted to another party, the purposes, safeguards and contractor’s duties must be defined.
Retention and erasure
Enquiries are retained until their review is complete; account data are retained while needed to maintain the account; order documents are retained for their applicable mandatory periods. If there is no basis for continued processing, data are erased or anonymised.
Withdrawal of consent does not cancel legal duties to retain contractual, payment and accounting documents. Account deletion and deletion of mandatory documents are considered separately.
User rights
Users may request information about processing, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent and demand that unlawful processing stop. To prevent disclosure to an unrelated person, the operator verifies that the request comes from the data subject or an authorised representative.
If data protection rights are violated, the data subject may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
Cookies and additional services
Technical cookies support sign-in, form protection, the guest cart, comparison and favourites. Details are provided in the Cookie policy.
Browsing history contains up to 20 product identifiers, their catalogue addresses and viewing times. By default, it is stored in the current tab’s sessionStorage. Storage in localStorage on the device is enabled only through the separate “Save history on this device” checkbox, for up to 30 days. History contains no email, telephone number, business details or old prices and is not added to the account. To display current information, the browser requests these products from the public catalogue using their identifiers.
The embedded Yandex Map loads only on Contacts. When it loads, the browser connects to Yandex; the service receives the IP address and technical request information and may use its own cookies under the browser settings and its policy. The website does not send user contact details, cart contents or order details to the map. The embedded map is not loaded on other pages.
The owner may enable Yandex Metrica to analyse public pages after approving the documents. The counter loads only with the visitor’s separate consent in cookie settings. It does not record forms and does not load in the account, administration area or checkout. Advertising trackers and mailings are not connected. Continuing to browse alone is not consent to this processing.
